Return & Refund Policy

If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund within 30 days of your delivery.
However, as our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes or colors. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind. We want to make sure you love your order. If you’re not in love with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to work with you to find a solution. For quality issues, please provide clear photos of the product on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.
Made-to-Order / Custom Items
All Dr. Plants products are printed/made especially for you when you place your order. Because of this custom production, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color choices, or change of mind.
- Please double-check your size, color, and design selections before placing an order.
Valid Claims (Damage / Defect / Misprint)
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage (including tags, print area, etc.)
Once we verify the claim, either:
- We send a replacement at no extra cost
- Offer a full refund to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Conditions
We CANNOT accept returns or refunds if:
- The item was ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer
- You simply changed your mind or don’t like the item after receiving it
- The item has been washed, worn, or used (except in cases of defect)
Refund Processing & Timing -
Refunds (for valid defect/damage cases) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Typical timing: 3-5 business days after claim approval (credit card/bank), or shorter for PayPal when applicable.
- Prepaid or gift cards: refunds may not be issued or have limitations depending on the payment provider.
Shipping Issues / Lost Packages
We are not responsible for transit delays once the product has shipped. If an item is lost in shipping (carrier marks delivered but you didn’t receive, etc.), please reach out and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
