Delivery Times

Orders typically arrive within 5–11 business days from the date of purchase. This includes both production time and shipping time. 

  • Standard Delivery: 5–11 business days
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on location)
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Free Shipping

All orders include free standard shipping within the United States.

Shipping Limitations 

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for delivery. While delays are outside our control, we’ll do our best to help track your package.

  • If your order shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us at business@thedrplants.com, and we’ll work with you and the carrier to find a solution.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.
